Welcome to The Lost Library, a private membership space curated by The Glitch Witch LLC (“Keeper,” “we,” “our”). By entering the Library, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Refund and Payment Policies
Due to the nature of The Lost Library as a digital, intellectual, and experiential space—and the time, energy, preparation, and intention poured into its creation—all payments are final and non-refundable.
The Glitch Witch LLC does not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
lack of participation
scheduling conflicts
overcommitment
personal preference or disagreement with content
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are committing to the full investment and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Membership Status
If you have been removed from any offerings by The Glitch Witch LLC due to non-payment, you will not be eligible for future payment plans unless outstanding balances are resolved.
To re-enter any offering:
all failed or outstanding payments must be completed
future participation will require payment in full
Once outstanding balances are resolved, eligibility for payment plans may be restored at our discretion.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
False chargebacks or disputes initiated through payment processors must be resolved within 5 business days.
Failure to do so may result in:
permanent removal from The Lost Library
revocation of access to all current and future offerings
permanent ban from The Glitch Witch LLC spaces
Sales Terms
Sale pricing is offered at specific moments and is entirely optional.
Payments are not prorated during sales
Previous payments will not be adjusted, refunded, or credited toward new sale pricing
If you choose to opt into a sale, you do so at your own discretion.
Participation in The Lost Library
Mental Health Acknowledgment
The Lost Library is not a therapeutic or clinical space.
By participating, you acknowledge:
you are responsible for your own mental and emotional well-being
this space is not a substitute for therapy, diagnosis, or medical care
you will seek professional support when needed
This space is not designed to hold active mental health crises or intensive trauma processing.
Create Space
The Lost Library is a space of exploration, not indoctrination.
You are not expected to agree with everything presented.
Members are invited to:
discern what resonates
recognize what does not
take full responsibility for their interpretations and experiences
Multiple perspectives can exist simultaneously within this space.
The Practice of Paradox
The Lost Library operates beyond rigid binaries.
You agree to engage with material that may invite:
both/and thinking
contradiction
complexity
ambiguity
Certainty and agreeement are not required. Curiosity is.
Intellectual Property & Credit
All materials within The Lost Library are protected intellectual property of The Glitch Witch LLC.
This includes but is not limited to:
workshops
audio content
written materials
frameworks
transmissions
recordings
You may not:
plagiarize
copy or replicate content
impersonate the Keeper
resell or redistribute materials
present teachings as your own
While ideas may be discussed and integrated, direct copying or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Respecting Boundaries & Support Channels
While reflections and testimonials are welcome, members agree to respect boundaries around access.
Do not contact the Keeper with personal matters requiring private or intensive support unless explicitly invited
Do not privately message the Keeper or guest facilitators during live sessions
Support is available through designated administrative channels.
Photo & Video Policy
Within The Lost Library:
still images, short clips, or visual captures may be taken for personal or promotional use
all recordings must be silent (no audio capture)
content must not reveal private member information or discussions
Nature of the Space
The Lost Library is a living, evolving, oracular space.
By entering, you acknowledge:
this is not a static product
offerings, structure, and programming may shift over time
unpredictability and creative evolution are part of the experience
This space does not operate on rigid expectations of output or deliverables.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
The Glitch Witch LLC makes no guarantees regarding results.
This includes but is not limited to
financial outcomes
business success
personal transformation
spiritual or psychic development
health outcomes
Your experience is your own and influenced by your level of participation, integration, and personal context.
Assumption of Responsibility
By participating in The Lost Library, you accept full responsibility for:
your interpretations
your actions
your decisions
your well-being
You agree to engage with discernment and self-awareness.
Modifications
The Glitch Witch LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Continued participation in The Lost Library constitutes acceptance of any updates

The Recovered Manuscript Magazine
The Lost Library produces an annual publication titled The Recovered Manuscript, a curated print and/or digital magazine that serves as a physical embodiment of the work, exploration, and magic cultivated inside The Lost Library.
It is both an archive and an artifact—
a record of what has been remembered, created, and brought from the imaginal into form.
By participating in The Lost Library, members agree to the following terms regarding the magazine:
Submissions Eligibility
Members may submit work for inclusion in The Recovered Manuscript provided that:
they are active, paying members at the time of submission
their submission is received by the stated submission deadline
Each active member is guaranteed inclusion of one (1) submitted piece, provided submission guidelines and deadlines are met.
Additional Submissions
Members may submit more than one piece for consideration.
However:
inclusion beyond the first guaranteed piece is at the sole discretion of The Glitch Witch LLC
additional selections will be determined based on the needs, composition, and creative direction of the magazine
Nature & Purpose of the Publication
The Recovered Manuscript is designed to:
document the creative and intellectual work developed inside The Lost Library
reflect the collective atmosphere and evolution of the space over the year
serve as a tangible representation of imaginal made manifest
It is both personal and collective, individual and archival.
Editorial Discretion
While one submission per member is guaranteed (pending eligibility), The Glitch Witch LLC retains full editorial discretion over:
formatting and presentation of submitted work
sequencing and layout within the publication
minor edits for clarity, grammar, or stylistic consistency
The integrity of each piece will be respected while ensuring cohesion of the overall publication.
Rights & Permissions
By submitting work to The Recovered Manuscript, you grant The Glitch Witch LLC:
the right to publish your submitted work in print and/or digital formats
the right to edit for clarity, formatting, or stylistic consistency
the right to use excerpts for promotional purposes related to the magazine
You retain ownership of your original work.
Active Membership Requirement for Publication Benefits
To receive member-related benefits tied to the magazine, you must be an active paying member at the time those benefits are distributed.
Complimentary Copy
Members will receive one complimentary copy of The Recovered Manuscript provided they are active paying members at the time of distribution.
Members who are not active at that time will not receive a complimentary copy.
Additional Copies
Active paying members may purchase additional copies of the magazine at cost, subject to availability.
Availability is not guaranteed.
Rejoining & Retroactive Access
Members who cancel their membership and later rejoin:
are not guaranteed retroactive access to previous magazine benefits
must be active at the time of future publication cycles to participate and receive benefits
Submission Integrity
All submitted work must:
be original to the submitting member
not infringe on the intellectual property of others
not contain plagiarized material
Violation of these standards may result in removal from the publication process and/or membership.
Evolution of the Publication
The Recovered Manuscript is a living publication.
The Glitch Witch LLC reserves the right to:
modify timelines
evolve submission processes
adjust format (print, digital, or both)
refine the structure of the magazine over time
By submitting to The Recovered Manuscript, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
